### sec.509 Withdrawal or variation of enforceable undertaking A person who has made an enforceable undertaking may at any time, with the written agreement of the administering authority— withdraw the undertaking; or vary the undertaking. However, the provisions of the undertaking may not be varied to provide for a different alleged contravention of the Act .
