sec.508Effect of enforceable undertaking

### sec.508 Effect of enforceable undertaking An enforceable undertaking takes effect when the administering authority gives the person who made the undertaking notice of the decision to accept the undertaking. No proceedings for a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act may be taken against the person in relation to the contravention that is the subject of the undertaking if the person is complying, or has complied, with the undertaking.
