### sec.447 Powers of authorised persons An authorised person has the powers given under this or another Act. Subsection (1) has effect subject to any limitations— stated in the authorised person’s instrument of appointment; or prescribed by regulation. An authorised person appointed under section 445 (2) may exercise powers only for the administration and enforcement of the matter the subject of a devolution to the local government of which the authorised person is an employee. (sec.447-ssec.1) An authorised person has the powers given under this or another Act. (sec.447-ssec.2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to any limitations— stated in the authorised person’s instrument of appointment; or prescribed by regulation. (sec.447-ssec.3) An authorised person appointed under section 445 (2) may exercise powers only for the administration and enforcement of the matter the subject of a devolution to the local government of which the authorised person is an employee. - (a) stated in the authorised person’s instrument of appointment; or - (b) prescribed by regulation.
