### sec.444E Vacancy in office The office of the rehabilitation commissioner becomes vacant if the rehabilitation commissioner— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or is convicted of an indictable offence; or is removed from office by the Governor in Council under section 444F (1) . Also, if the rehabilitation commissioner is suspended by the Minister under section 444F (3) , the office is vacant during the period of suspension. s 444E ins 2020 No. 26 s 81 (sec.444E-ssec.1) The office of the rehabilitation commissioner becomes vacant if the rehabilitation commissioner— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or is convicted of an indictable offence; or is removed from office by the Governor in Council under section 444F (1) .
