### sec.444B Term of appointment The rehabilitation commissioner holds office for the term decided by the Governor in Council. However, the term can not be— less than 1 year; or more than 5 years. The rehabilitation commissioner may be reappointed. s 444B ins 2020 No. 26 s 81 (sec.444B-ssec.1) The rehabilitation commissioner holds office for the term decided by the Governor in Council.
