### sec.443A Offence to place contaminant where environmental nuisance may be caused A person must not cause or allow a contaminant to be placed in a position where it could reasonably be expected to cause environmental nuisance. Maximum penalty— if the offence is committed wilfully—1,655 penalty units; or otherwise—600 penalty units. s 443A ins 2014 No. 59 s 91 - (a) if the offence is committed wilfully—1,655 penalty units; or - (b) otherwise—600 penalty units.
