### sec.318YN Decision on application The chief executive must consider the application and decide to— approve the application; or approve the application on conditions; or refuse the application. If the chief executive decides to approve the application, the chief executive must give the applicant a notice about the decision. If the chief executive decides to refuse the application, or impose conditions on a person’s approval, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice for the decision as soon as practicable after making the decision. s 318YN ins 2019 No. 28 s 10 (sec.318YN-ssec.1) The chief executive must consider the application and decide to— approve the application; or approve the application on conditions; or refuse the application.
