### sec.318YM Inquiry about application
Before deciding the application, the chief executive may, by a written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the chief executive, within the reasonable period of at least 30 days stated in the notice, the further information the chief executive requires to decide the application.
The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if the applicant does not comply with the requirement under subsection (1) within the stated period.
A notice under subsection (1) must be given to the applicant within 30 days after the chief executive receives the application.
The information under subsection (1) must, if the notice requires, be verified by statutory declaration.
