### sec.318Y Requirement to notify chief executive if work diary lost or stolen
A registered suitable operator who becomes aware that the operator’s work diary has been lost or stolen must, within 7 business days, give the chief executive written notice that the diary has been lost or stolen, unless the operator has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
In this section—
work diary , of a registered suitable operator, means the work diary the operator keeps under section 318X .
