### sec.318H Grounds for refusing application for registration
The chief executive may refuse the application if satisfied that—
the applicant is not suitable to be registered as a suitable operator having regard to the applicant’s environmental record; or
for an applicant that is not a corporation—a disqualifying event has happened in relation to the applicant or another person of whom the applicant is a partner; or
for an applicant that is a corporation—a disqualifying event has happened in relation to—
any of the corporation’s executive officers; or
another corporation of which any of the corporation’s executive officers are, or have been, an executive officer.

- (a) the applicant is not suitable to be registered as a suitable operator having regard to the applicant’s environmental record; or
- (b) for an applicant that is not a corporation—a disqualifying event has happened in relation to the applicant or another person of whom the applicant is a partner; or
- (c) for an applicant that is a corporation—a disqualifying event has happened in relation to— (i) any of the corporation’s executive officers; or (ii) another corporation of which any of the corporation’s executive officers are, or have been, an executive officer.
