### sec.184 Application of sdiv 3 This subdivision applies to an application for a mining activity relating to a mining lease if— an objection notice for a submission about the application is given to the administering authority under section 182 (2) ; or the applicant has requested under section 183 (1) (a) that the application be referred to the Land Court. s 184 prev s 184 ins 2000 No. 64 s 6 om 2004 No. 48 s 48 pres s 184 ins 2012 No. 16 s 8 amd 2023 No. 6 s 145 sch 1 - (a) an objection notice for a submission about the application is given to the administering authority under section 182 (2) ; or - (b) the applicant has requested under section 183 (1) (a) that the application be referred to the Land Court.
