### sec.155 Submission period for application—other resource activities The submission period for an application for a resource activity other than a mining activity can not end before the later of the following— a day or time fixed by the administering authority before the notice is published; 20 business days after the application notice is published under section 152 . s 155 prev s 155 om 2000 No. 5 s 461 sch 3 pres s 155 ins 2000 No. 64 s 6 amd 2004 No. 48 s 39 sub 2012 No. 16 ss 7 – 8 - (a) a day or time fixed by the administering authority before the notice is published; - (b) 20 business days after the application notice is published under section 152 .
