### sec.154 Submission period for application—mining activities The submission period for an application for a mining activity must end on— if there is only 1 relevant mining tenure application—the last objection day under the Mineral Resources Act for the application; or if there is more than 1 relevant mining tenure application—the later of the last objection days under the Mineral Resources Act for the applications.
