### sec.55I Standard coordination agreement
This section applies if—
a distribution entity and a retailer have common customers; and
an agreement under section 55H is not in force between the entities.
The entity and retailer are taken to have entered into an agreement on the terms of the standard coordination agreement provided for under a distribution network code.
The entity and retailer are taken to have agreed to comply with the terms and to have entered into the agreement as a deed.

(sec.55I-ssec.1) This section applies if— a distribution entity and a retailer have common customers; and an agreement under section 55H is not in force between the entities.
(sec.55I-ssec.2) The entity and retailer are taken to have entered into an agreement on the terms of the standard coordination agreement provided for under a distribution network code.
(sec.55I-ssec.3) The entity and retailer are taken to have agreed to comply with the terms and to have entered into the agreement as a deed.
- (a) a distribution entity and a retailer have common customers; and
- (b) an agreement under section 55H is not in force between the entities.
