### sec.55H Negotiation of coordination agreement
A distribution entity and a retailer may enter into a written agreement about protocols under which they agree to help each other perform their functions under—
this Act or another Act or law relating to electricity that applies in the State; or
a procedure or protocol made under an Act or law mentioned in paragraph (a) .
The agreement may be different from the coordination agreement provided for under a distribution network code.

(sec.55H-ssec.1) A distribution entity and a retailer may enter into a written agreement about protocols under which they agree to help each other perform their functions under— this Act or another Act or law relating to electricity that applies in the State; or a procedure or protocol made under an Act or law mentioned in paragraph (a) .
(sec.55H-ssec.2) The agreement may be different from the coordination agreement provided for under a distribution network code.
