### sec.313 Existing contestable customers who are receivers This section applies to a person who, immediately before the FRC day, was, under the pre-amended Act, both a contestable customer and a receiver for premises. Despite new section 23(2), the person is, under the post-amended Act, a customer for the premises. To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (2) continues to apply despite the ending of any contract entered into before the FRC day in relation to the provision of customer connection services or customer retail services to the premises. s 313 ins 2006 No. 60 s 51 (sec.313-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the FRC day, was, under the pre-amended Act, both a contestable customer and a receiver for premises.
