### sec.209 Application for special approval
An application for a special approval must—
be made to the regulator in the form approved by the regulator; and
state the things proposed to be done under the approval; and
be accompanied by the fees prescribed under the regulations, including any fee for investigating whether the approval should be given.
If asked in writing by the regulator, the applicant must give the further relevant information or evidence the regulator requires to decide the application.
(sec.209-ssec.1) An application for a special approval must— be made to the regulator in the form approved by the regulator; and state the things proposed to be done under the approval; and be accompanied by the fees prescribed under the regulations, including any fee for investigating whether the approval should be given.
