### sec.196A Publication about application for distribution authority
Before issuing a distribution authority the regulator must publish a notice in a Statewide newspaper—
stating that an application for an authority has been made to the regulator by the person stated in the notice; and
inviting interested persons to make submissions to the regulator about the application within the period and in the manner stated in the notice.
The regulator must consider the submissions made before issuing an authority.

(sec.196A-ssec.1) Before issuing a distribution authority the regulator must publish a notice in a Statewide newspaper— stating that an application for an authority has been made to the regulator by the person stated in the notice; and inviting interested persons to make submissions to the regulator about the application within the period and in the manner stated in the notice.
(sec.196A-ssec.2) The regulator must consider the submissions made before issuing an authority.
