### sec.135AF Giving of contravention notice
The regulator may give the proposed contravention notice if—
the retailer has not complied with the warning notice; and
after complying with section 135AE , the regulator still believes the contravention notice ought to be given.
The contravention notice must state—
the retailer has contravened, or is contravening, section 55DA (1) , 55DB (1) or 55DBA (2) ; or
the contravention is a material contravention of the section; and
particulars of the contravention.

(sec.135AF-ssec.1) The regulator may give the proposed contravention notice if— the retailer has not complied with the warning notice; and after complying with section 135AE , the regulator still believes the contravention notice ought to be given.
(sec.135AF-ssec.2) The contravention notice must state— the retailer has contravened, or is contravening, section 55DA (1) , 55DB (1) or 55DBA (2) ; or the contravention is a material contravention of the section; and particulars of the contravention.
