### sec.135AE Considering submissions on warning notice
The regulator must consider any written submission made under section 135AD (1) (d) by the retailer within the warning period stated in the warning notice.
If the regulator at any time decides not to give the proposed contravention notice, it must, as soon as practicable, give the retailer notice of the decision.
