### sec.129 Emergency rationing order prevails over existing agreements with customers
If there is an inconsistency between an emergency rationing order and an agreement between an electricity entity or special approval holder and a customer, the order prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
However, subsection (1) alone does not limit the liability of the electricity entity or special approval holder for failure to supply electricity to a customer.
