### sec.128 Period of operation of order
The Minister must repeal the emergency rationing order as soon as possible after the Minister is satisfied the order is no longer necessary to enable the continued supply of electricity or the emergency no longer exists.
The order expires 1 month after it is gazetted, unless it is earlier repealed or the order states it operates for a shorter period.
Subsection (1) does not stop the making of a fresh emergency rationing order.
