### sec.43 Effect of ministerial notice for discharge of electrical safety duty Unless otherwise stated in a ministerial notice, the notice does not prescribe all that a person to whom the notice applies must do, or must not do, to discharge the person’s electrical safety duty in relation to the electrical risk mentioned in the notice. However, for applying the duty offence provision, the person fails to discharge the electrical safety duty in relation to the electrical risk if the person contravenes the ministerial notice. s 43 amd 2011 No. 18 s 362 (sec.43-ssec.1) Unless otherwise stated in a ministerial notice, the notice does not prescribe all that a person to whom the notice applies must do, or must not do, to discharge the person’s electrical safety duty in relation to the electrical risk mentioned in the notice.
