### sec.240 Making unsafe things safe
This section applies if, before the commencement, the regulator made a requirement under section 177 (2) of the Electricity Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
Section 177 has continuing application in relation to the circumstances of the requirement as if the section had not been repealed.
