### sec.232 Action before commencement to disconnect electrical installation or works
This section applies if, before the commencement—
under section 156 (3) of the Electricity Act as in force immediately before the commencement, an authorised person disconnected an installation or works, or the defective part of an installation or works; or
under section 156 (4) of the Electricity Act as in force immediately before the commencement, an authorised person gave a person a written notice requiring the person to disconnect immediately an installation or works, or the defective part of an installation or works.
Section 156 has continuing application to the circumstances of the disconnection or written notice as if the section had not been repealed.
(sec.232-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— under section 156 (3) of the Electricity Act as in force immediately before the commencement, an authorised person disconnected an installation or works, or the defective part of an installation or works; or under section 156 (4) of the Electricity Act as in force immediately before the commencement, an authorised person gave a person a written notice requiring the person to disconnect immediately an installation or works, or the defective part of an installation or works.
