### sec.230 Review and appeal of decision made before commencement Chapter 10 of the Electricity Act continues to apply to a repealed entry decision. In this section— repealed entry decision means a decision made under the Electricity Act before the commencement if— when the decision was made, it was a decision the subject of an entry in schedule 1 of the Electricity Act ; and the entry is repealed by this Act. (sec.230-ssec.1) Chapter 10 of the Electricity Act continues to apply to a repealed entry decision. (sec.230-ssec.2) In this section— repealed entry decision means a decision made under the Electricity Act before the commencement if— when the decision was made, it was a decision the subject of an entry in schedule 1 of the Electricity Act ; and the entry is repealed by this Act. - (a) when the decision was made, it was a decision the subject of an entry in schedule 1 of the Electricity Act ; and - (b) the entry is repealed by this Act.
