### sec.130 Appointment conditions and limit on powers
An accredited auditor holds office on any conditions stated in—
the accredited auditor’s instrument of appointment; or
a signed notice given to the accredited auditor; or
a regulation.
The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the accredited auditor or a regulation may limit the accredited auditor’s powers or functions under this Act.
In this section—
signed notice means a notice signed by the regulator.

(sec.130-ssec.1) An accredited auditor holds office on any conditions stated in— the accredited auditor’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the accredited auditor; or a regulation.
(sec.130-ssec.2) The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the accredited auditor or a regulation may limit the accredited auditor’s powers or functions under this Act.
(sec.130-ssec.3) In this section— signed notice means a notice signed by the regulator.
- (a) the accredited auditor’s instrument of appointment; or
- (b) a signed notice given to the accredited auditor; or
- (c) a regulation.
