### sec.102 Times of board committee meetings A board committee may hold its meetings when it decides. However, a board committee, other than an advisory committee, must meet at least 4 times a year. The chairperson of a board committee— may call a meeting of the board committee at any time; and must call a meeting if the meeting is asked for by at least a third of the other members. The Minister may call a meeting of a board committee at any time. (sec.102-ssec.1) A board committee may hold its meetings when it decides.
