### sec.651 Application of amendment of s 155 Section 155, as in force on the commencement of this section, applies to a dutiable transaction only if liability for transfer duty for the transaction arises on or after the commencement of this section. Section 155, as in force before the commencement of this section, continues to apply to a dutiable transaction if liability for transfer duty for the transaction arose before the commencement of this section. s 651 ins 2013 No. 28 s 19 (sec.651-ssec.1) Section 155, as in force on the commencement of this section, applies to a dutiable transaction only if liability for transfer duty for the transaction arises on or after the commencement of this section. (sec.651-ssec.2) Section 155, as in force before the commencement of this section, continues to apply to a dutiable transaction if liability for transfer duty for the transaction arose before the commencement of this section.
