### sec.517 Repealed Act applies to particular dispositions of units in unit trust schemes Subsection (2) applies if— under section 56B of the repealed Act, stamp duty is chargeable on an agreement to dispose of units in a unit trust scheme; and a disposition of the units under the agreement is made on or after the commencement day. The repealed Act applies to the disposition.
