### sec.516 Repealed Act applies to particular dealings with statutory business licences
Subsection (2) applies if—
before the commencement day, the holder of a statutory business licence surrendered or relinquished, or agreed not to apply for an extension of, the licence as mentioned in section 54AD(2) of the repealed Act; and
after the commencement day, the licence or an extension or renewal of the licence or another licence for the same type of activity is granted.
The repealed Act applies to the grant, extension or renewal of the licence.
(sec.516-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if— before the commencement day, the holder of a statutory business licence surrendered or relinquished, or agreed not to apply for an extension of, the licence as mentioned in section 54AD(2) of the repealed Act; and after the commencement day, the licence or an extension or renewal of the licence or another licence for the same type of activity is granted.
(sec.516-ssec.2) The repealed Act applies to the grant, extension or renewal of the licence.
- (a) before the commencement day, the holder of a statutory business licence surrendered or relinquished, or agreed not to apply for an extension of, the licence as mentioned in section 54AD(2) of the repealed Act; and
- (b) after the commencement day, the licence or an extension or renewal of the licence or another licence for the same type of activity is granted.
