### sec.379B When is a vehicle modified for a person with a disability A vehicle is modified for a person with a disability if— an application to register or transfer the vehicle is made by a person with a disability, or a relative or carer of a person with a disability; and the vehicle will be used by, or to transport, the person with a disability; and modifications have been made to the vehicle to enable the person with a disability to— drive the vehicle; or be transported in the vehicle. s 379B ins 2011 No. 8 s 42 - (a) an application to register or transfer the vehicle is made by a person with a disability, or a relative or carer of a person with a disability; and - (b) the vehicle will be used by, or to transport, the person with a disability; and - (c) modifications have been made to the vehicle to enable the person with a disability to— (i) drive the vehicle; or (ii) be transported in the vehicle. - (i) drive the vehicle; or - (ii) be transported in the vehicle. - (i) drive the vehicle; or - (ii) be transported in the vehicle.
