### sec.379A Who is a relative
A relative of a person is any of the following—
the person’s spouse;
a parent or grandparent of the person;
a parent or grandparent of the person’s spouse;
a child, stepchild or grandchild of the person;
a child, stepchild or grandchild of the person’s spouse;
the spouse of anyone in paragraphs (b) to (e) .
