### sec.66 Chief executive may renew or refuse to renew licence
The chief executive must consider a renewal application made under section 65 and may renew or refuse to renew the licence.
The chief executive may renew the licence only if the chief executive is satisfied—
the licensee is a fit and proper person to hold a licence; and
if the licensee carries on business in partnership or in conjunction with others—each member of the partnership, or each person with whom the licensee carries on business in conjunction, is a fit and proper person to hold a licence; and
if the licensee is a corporation—each executive officer of the corporation is a fit and proper person to hold a licence; and
the application is properly made.
For subsection (2) (d) , an application is properly made only if it complies with section 65 (2) .
If the chief executive decides to refuse the application, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice for the decision within 14 days after the decision is made.

(sec.66-ssec.3) For subsection (2) (d) , an application is properly made only if it complies with section 65 (2) .
