### sec.65 Application for renewal
A licensee may apply for renewal of the licensee’s licence.
The application must—
be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
be made before the licence expires; and
state the names and addresses of—
the licensee’s close associates; and
if the licensee is a corporation—its executive officers; and
be accompanied by—
the licence renewal fee prescribed under a regulation; and
for a licensee who is an individual—2 prescribed photographs of the licensee; and
for a licensee that is a corporation—2 prescribed photographs of the chief executive officer of the corporation.
The chief executive may, by written notice given to the licensee, require the licensee to give to the chief executive, within a stated reasonable time, information or material the chief executive considers is needed to consider the licensee’s application for renewal of the licence.
The licensee is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated reasonable time, the licensee fails to comply with the chief executive’s requirement.

- (d) be accompanied by— (i) the licence renewal fee prescribed under a regulation; and (ii) for a licensee who is an individual—2 prescribed photographs of the licensee; and (iii) for a licensee that is a corporation—2 prescribed photographs of the chief executive officer of the corporation.
- (i) the licence renewal fee prescribed under a regulation; and
- (ii) for a licensee who is an individual—2 prescribed photographs of the licensee; and
- (iii) for a licensee that is a corporation—2 prescribed photographs of the chief executive officer of the corporation.
- (i) the licensee’s close associates; and
