### sec.111 Requirement to report loss or theft of controlled substance
This section applies to a licensee who—
owns a cannabis plant or cannabis seed; or
has possession of a cannabis plant or cannabis seed for a purpose authorised under this part.
If the cannabis plant or cannabis seed is lost or stolen, the person must report the loss or theft of the plant or seed to a police officer within 2 days after the person finds out about it.
Maximum penalty—
for a first offence—20 penalty units; or
for a second or later offence—40 penalty units.
