### sec.110G Monitoring fees A regulation may prescribe 1 or more fees (each a monitoring fee ) for the monitoring of activities performed under a relevant authority. The chief executive may decide whether or not to impose a particular monitoring fee on a particular holder of a relevant authority. A fee prescribed under subsection (1) in relation to a monitoring activity must not be more than the reasonable costs of the monitoring activity. s 110G ins 2018 No. 5 s 128 (sec.110G-ssec.1) A regulation may prescribe 1 or more fees (each a monitoring fee ) for the monitoring of activities performed under a relevant authority.
