### sec.105 Failure to comply with information requirement
A person of whom an information requirement has been made must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse—
for an individual not to give information if giving the information might tend to incriminate the person; or
if the information sought by the requirement is not in fact relevant to the contravention for which it was made.

(sec.105-ssec.1) A person of whom an information requirement has been made must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(sec.105-ssec.2) It is a reasonable excuse— for an individual not to give information if giving the information might tend to incriminate the person; or if the information sought by the requirement is not in fact relevant to the contravention for which it was made.
- (a) for an individual not to give information if giving the information might tend to incriminate the person; or
- (b) if the information sought by the requirement is not in fact relevant to the contravention for which it was made.
