### sec.77 Applicant must disclose family law order
This section applies to a person who—
applies to a court for a domestic violence order or a variation of a domestic violence order; and
is aware of a family law order.
The person must—
inform the court about the family law order; and
if the person has a copy of the order, give a copy of the order to the court.
Failure to comply with subsection (2) does not invalidate or otherwise affect an application for a domestic violence order or an application for a variation of a domestic violence order.
(sec.77-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who— applies to a court for a domestic violence order or a variation of a domestic violence order; and is aware of a family law order.
(sec.77-ssec.2) The person must— inform the court about the family law order; and if the person has a copy of the order, give a copy of the order to the court.
(sec.77-ssec.3) Failure to comply with subsection (2) does not invalidate or otherwise affect an application for a domestic violence order or an application for a variation of a domestic violence order.
- (a) applies to a court for a domestic violence order or a variation of a domestic violence order; and
- (b) is aware of a family law order.
