### sec.73 Contravention of intervention order
If an approved provider becomes aware that a respondent has contravened an intervention order, the approved provider must give the court, and the police commissioner, a notice in the approved form stating—
that the respondent has contravened the intervention order; and
the nature of the contravention; and
the date of the contravention.
The approved provider must give the notice within 14 days after the approved provider becomes aware of the contravention.
However, subsection (1) does not apply if the approved provider is satisfied that—
the contravention is minor; and
the respondent has taken steps to remedy the contravention or has otherwise substantially complied with the intervention order.

(sec.73-ssec.3) However, subsection (1) does not apply if the approved provider is satisfied that— the contravention is minor; and the respondent has taken steps to remedy the contravention or has otherwise substantially complied with the intervention order.

- (c) the date of the contravention.
