### sec.71 Respondent to agree to making or amending of intervention order
The court may make or amend an intervention order only if the respondent—
is present in court; and
agrees to the order being made or amended; and
agrees to comply with the order as made or amended.

- (a) is present in court; and
- (b) agrees to the order being made or amended; and
- (c) agrees to comply with the order as made or amended.
