### sec.66D Request for information
The court may ask a prescribed entity or another entity prescribed by regulation for this section to provide information that the court reasonably considers—
is likely to be in the entity’s possession; and
may help the court in deciding whether it is necessary or desirable to impose the monitoring device condition on the respondent.
The entity must comply with the request for information.
However, the entity is required only to provide information in the entity’s possession or to which the entity has access.

(sec.66D-ssec.1) The court may ask a prescribed entity or another entity prescribed by regulation for this section to provide information that the court reasonably considers— is likely to be in the entity’s possession; and may help the court in deciding whether it is necessary or desirable to impose the monitoring device condition on the respondent.
(sec.66D-ssec.2) The entity must comply with the request for information.
(sec.66D-ssec.3) However, the entity is required only to provide information in the entity’s possession or to which the entity has access.
- (a) is likely to be in the entity’s possession; and
- (b) may help the court in deciding whether it is necessary or desirable to impose the monitoring device condition on the respondent.
