### sec.52 Naming relative or associate of aggrieved
The court may name, in a domestic violence order, a relative or associate of the aggrieved if the court is satisfied that naming the relative or associate in the order is necessary or desirable to protect the relative or associate from associated domestic violence.
In this section—
relative , of an aggrieved, does not include a child mentioned in section 53 .
