### sec.30 What can happen if a respondent does not comply with a domestic violence order
If a respondent does not comply with a domestic violence order, including a recognised interstate order, a police officer can charge the respondent with an offence.
An aggrieved, named person or anyone else can complain to a police officer that the respondent is not complying with the order.
