### sec.238 Application of s 47B to particular proceedings
This section applies to a proceeding for an application for a protection order.
Section 47B applies to the proceeding only if the application is filed after the commencement.
However, if the application is a police protection notice taken to be an application for a protection order under section 112, section 47B applies to the proceeding only if the police protection notice is issued after the commencement.
