### sec.229 Definitions for division
In this division—
former , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement.
new , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement.
repealed regulation means the Domestic and Family Violence Protection (COVID-19 Emergency Response) Regulation 2020 , as in force immediately before the commencement.
