### sec.226 Application for declaration
A person may apply for a declaration under section 225 for a DVO if the person would be able to apply to vary the DVO—
if the DVO is a domestic violence order—under section 86; or
if the DVO is an interstate order—under section 176I if the DVO were a recognised interstate order.
The application must be in the approved form.
