sec.210Person taken into custody

### sec.210 Person taken into custody This section applies to a person taken into custody before the commencement under section 69 of the repealed Act. If, at the commencement, the person is still in custody, the person is taken to have been taken into custody under part 4, division 3 of this Act. If, at the commencement, the person is on release on conditions under section 71(3)(b) of the repealed Act, the person is taken to have been released on conditions under section 125 of this Act. (sec.210-ssec.1) This section applies to a person taken into custody before the commencement under section 69 of the repealed Act. (sec.210-ssec.2) If, at the commencement, the person is still in custody, the person is taken to have been taken into custody under part 4, division 3 of this Act. (sec.210-ssec.3) If, at the commencement, the person is on release on conditions under section 71(3)(b) of the repealed Act, the person is taken to have been released on conditions under section 125 of this Act.
