### sec.192 Review of Act The Minister must ensure the operation of this Act is reviewed as soon as practicable after the day that is 5 years after the relevant day. The review must include a review of— the main objects of the Act as mentioned in section 3 ; and whether the provisions of the Act are meeting the main objects; and whether the provisions of the Act remain appropriate. The Minister must, as soon as practicable after the review is finished, table in the Legislative Assembly a report on the outcome of the review. In this section— relevant day means the day the Domestic and Family Violence Protection and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 , section 48 commenced. s 192 amd 2016 No. 51 s 48 (sec.192-ssec.1) The Minister must ensure the operation of this Act is reviewed as soon as practicable after the day that is 5 years after the relevant day.
