### sec.176R Obtaining information about interstate orders
The following may obtain information about a DVO from an issuing authority of another State or from an interstate law enforcement agency—
the court;
the clerk of the court;
the police commissioner;
the director under the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984 ;
a police prosecutor.
The court or clerk of the court may use information mentioned in subsection (1) for the purpose of exercising the court’s or the clerk’s functions under this part.
The police commissioner, director of public prosecutions or a police prosecutor may use information mentioned in subsection (1) for a law enforcement purpose, including for the prosecution of an offence.
